Create a multi-page, in-store takeaway with content and imagery that inspires customers to make the most of their work-from-home spaces and further establishes Staples as a destination for supplies as well as furniture, technology and more — everything they need to work their best.

With minimal guardrails and simple high-level categories and talking points provided, our marketing and business teams relied on my team to concept and produce an engaging, brand-defining booklet. We recommended an
editorial-style piece and were thrilled to see our partners trust in our expertise to showcase Staples capabilities in a whole new way.

Strategy
Create a booklet showcasing the wide range of promotional gifts and holiday cards available at Staples — encouraging customers to consider Staples for their business gift-giving needs. 
Behind the Scenes
We were given product categories and preferred products to feature. Beyond that, we had the freedom to recommend the form factor and pagination. Using a mix of custom overhead and environmental photography, we created a booklet full of festive and aspirational layouts.

Strategy
Take the daunting world of insurance and make it accessible and engaging for Staples employees enrolling in a health savings account.
Behind the Scenes
The biggest challenge to overcome was the preconception that insurance is complicated, sterile and boring. We were given free rein to explore form factors. We landed on a design that mimics medical office folders. Inside was a robust guidebook providing helpful content for enrollees. We also included a file pocket, large enough hold letter-size paper, to encourage employees to keep their medical paperwork organized.
